OAuth2.0 - the latest and most talked about way of authorization. With every other Google API moving to support OAuth2.0 it has become a must known area for all Google Developers.

Google Apps Script - Google Apps Script which is a Server side scripting language, based on JavaScript. It runs directly on Google servers to provide direct access to their many products such as gmail, calendar. If you want to to send 100s of mails for an event addressing the recipient, just write a script less than 10 lines of code and you are done. This is a similar introductory & motivational session as done for NIT, Goa and GEC, Goa but this time for PCCE Students/ Faculty.

We had purposely decided to keep it short, introductory and as simple as possible. Python can be really great to contribute to Google Developer Technologies and is apt for university students.

We personally visited the college to get an idea about what event would suit the best. Prof. Kavita Asnani, Information Technology Department has been very kind to coordinate the event at the Padre Conceicao College of Engineering campus along with the student ambassador Shradha Shahapurkar and her team.

A Subchapter was thus inaugurated in Padre Conceicao College of Engineering
